More than 30,000 residential units are proposed across more than 70 towers in Scarborough City Centre. This includes Oxford Properties’ plans for 36 towers at Scarborough Town Centre.

More than 10,600 residential units are proposed in Scarborough’s Agincourt neighbourhood, which includes the large scale redevelopment of Agincourt Mall.
Markham and Ellesmere
Over 5,200 residential units are planned or under construction surrounding the Markham and Ellesmere intersection in Scarborough, including towers up to 44 storeys.
Golden Mile
Over 37,000 residential units across more than 75 towers are proposed in Scarborough’s Golden Mile neighbourhood, which will be served by several transit stops along the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
